[She's right. It would be a lot easier. But she can't die here, and she can't escape him, so her choices are freeze or fight. Which, she realizes abruptly, is more choice than Will has. Will . . . he's got walls, just like her. Bars. Fear. Anger. Hannibal. But he doesn't have anyone to fight by his side.]
[She pulls her shoulders in tight, hunched and small.]
